At Zain Trading Inc, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent return process for all customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return according to the policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility & Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or purchase confirmation email.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These may include:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

3. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  3. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: Zain Trading Inc does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
  • Customer Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement.

5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • Up to 7 business days after the return has been received and inspected.

Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the refund appears in your account.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package fragile products such as glassware. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Our team will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
